The AP Bookkeeper (Temporary) is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable function by ensuring invoices, payments, and vendor records are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with vendors, purchasing teams, and property management staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Reconcile accounts payable ledgers with vendor statements to ensure all invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
· Process invoices received electronically and by mail in accordance with established financial policies and procedures.
· Verify, classify, and record invoices in the Yardi accounting system.
· Process outgoing payments while maintaining compliance with financial procedures and deadlines.
