As an AP Accounting Specialist, you will perform daily AP operations, including invoice and T&E processing, payment execution, and supplier queries. You will conduct month‑end closing activities such as SOX controls, reconciliations, accruals, and aging analysis, and prepare close reporting packages to support JBT’s financial submissions. You will also analyze AP services, lead improvement initiatives, and work closely with the G/L team and other internal stakeholders.

• Ensure all AP tasks are covered and maintain effective communication, teamwork spirit, and a positive atmosphere within the team.
