We are looking for an experienced Ansible Automation Engineer to design, develop, and optimize automation workflows using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming manual operational processes into scalable automated solutions, integrating automation with enterprise tools, and improving operational efficiency across infrastructure and application environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize Ansible playbooks to automate routine operational tasks and runbooks.
Convert existing manual or semi-automated processes into Ansible-based automation workflows.
Integrate Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to enable automated ticket resolution.
Manage inventories, credentials, and role-based access control (RBAC) within AAP.
