Description
We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Annual Giving Manager to lead fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts. This role is responsible for planning and executing annual appeals, managing donor communications, and supporting strategies that increase donor retention and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

+ Manage annual fundraising campaigns including email, direct mail, and online giving

+ Develop donor stewardship and retention initiatives

+ Track fundraising performance and prepare campaign reports

+ Maintain donor records and segment audiences for targeted outreach


Requirements
Qualifications

+ 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience

+ Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

+ Experience with donor databases and fundraising analytics
