• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible cardiac anesthesiologist
• Permanent, employed position
• 14 on / 14 off schedule
• 14 days of call covering cardiovascular cases and cath lab
• Call is from home; CRNAs provide 24/7 in-house coverage
• Care team model with CRNA support (1:3 supervision ratio)
• 25 CRNAs on staff
• Work in a well-supported environment with:
  • 2 CVORs
  • 3 cath labs
  • 1 hybrid room
• Level II trauma center
• Full subspecialty support available
• Pre-op clinic evaluates patients prior to surgery
• Opportunity to teach CRNAs if desired
• Overtime opportunities available
• EMR: Cerner (inpatient)
