We are seeking a proactive Analyst to work within a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and modelers. You will contribute to the entire lifecycle of complex analytical forecasting projects, from data exploration to model deployment to validation and testing. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

+ **Demand Forecasting & Advanced Modeling:** Develop and maintain high-accuracy short-term and long-term demand forecasts at Automotive Segmentation and Powertrain levels. Build, validate, and deploy time-series models and AI/ML algorithms to identify market trends, seasonal patterns, and macroeconomic influences.
