The Analytics Manager is a mission critical role for the organization and is responsible for advancing South Shore Health’s mission of providing world class healthcare in the community by delivering relevant information to key stakeholders to drive improvements in care quality, financial performance, operational effectiveness, and risk management. The manager is a customer forward leader who will lead a team of analyst that will provide data driven insights to fuel strategic organizational priorities. The Analytics Manager must have a strong customer focus with a high service aptitude, as well as a strong background in current concepts for leveraging data and analytics to drive organizational performance.
