Our client is seeking an experienced Analytical Development Group Leader to lead a team of scientists in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of the group, while driving the development, establishment, and validation of analytical testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently managing a group of 5-8 direct reports with varying levels of experience and degrees to develop, establish, and validate analytical testing methodologies used to control raw materials, production intermediates, and final products.
