The Data Office champions the overall HR data strategy for the whole‑of‑government and PSD. We are responsible for end‑to‑end solutioning to allow PSD to use data effectively in developing its policies and programmes, as well as to drive adoption and evolution of HR data analytics across the public service. To achieve this, the team leads initiatives to refine existing practices and approaches to HR data analytics, encompassing the full spectrum of activities across the data lifecycle, including strategy, governance, analysis, collection, management, engineering, operations and advice.
The incumbent will be part of the Data Engineering & Infrastructure team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data processing infrastructure within a modern data lakehouse architecture and data sharing platform.
