Position Overview
**Summary:**
As a member of a centralized client service group, the Private Client Service Analyst/Associate will provide onboarding and client service support to the Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Management and Trust Company teams. The Analyst/Associate will partner with Compliance, Business Control and Operations as a point of service contact to ensure a highly efficient and rewarding client experience.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate with the Private Wealth management teams to provide administrative and support services to new and existing clients.
+ Establish new accounts for natural person and entity clients. Duties include: document preparation, KYC data gathering and review, performing quality control check before submission for approval, documentation, account funding and information follow up.
