The Associate, Agency Management role is part of the Agency Management group at Fifth Third and works predominantly on post-closing items for Agented Syndicated Loan deals. The primary focus of the role will be to be to track and lead the process involving financial deliverables and compliance certificates for deals where Fifth Third acts as Administrative Agent.


This role performs a wide range of analytical, tracking, and transaction due diligence functions in support of the ongoing, post-closing servicing of capital markets financing solutions across loan products.
