EOG's Land Administration department is seeking an experienced oil and gas title professional to fill the position of Senior Title Analyst. This role supports the leasing, operations, and production objectives of EOG's domestic division offices. The Senior Title Analyst is responsible for lease and contract analysis, joint interest billing and division of interest setup, and maintaining accurate and current ownership across all records. * Review, maintain, and administer lease ownership, payments, and obligations. * Monitor lease status and transfer acreage to producing status based on plats and unit summaries. * Coordinate with division Land personnel through the Land Calendar to tender lease extensions, minimum royalty payments, shut‑in payments, and other required obligations. * Set up and apply contract terms, including but not limited to Communitization Agreements, Unit Declarations, Joint Operating Agreements, and Farmout Agreements. * Perform well record maintenance fo...
