Consolidate and prepare internal reports covering both property performance, market trends and other relevant indicators for review by Asset Management
Assist with financial modeling and performance analysis, operational and capital expenditure assessments
Assist with financial models to support asset management decisions
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including property managers and consultants
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related a related field
Possess expertise in financial modeling and valuation, financial statement analysis, due diligence and data analysis
Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player
