Our client based in Middelburg, Mpumalanga is looking for an Analyst who is experienced in Remuneration and Benefits to join their team.
Responsibilities:
In cooperation with the Compensation and Benefits Manager, assess and analyse the duties and responsibilities of the position, and develop a fair and competitive salary. Analyze or evaluate market information and pay patterns, and then suggest new appointment salaries, promotions, and interim modifications. Regular checks and audits to make sure the human resource information systemβs data is accurate. Be abreast of market developments, best practices for compensation and benefits, and any legal, legislative, and governance compliance needs. Manage employee benefits, including retirement plans, health insurance, risk management for disabilities, group personal accident insurance, funeral benefits, etc.
