Purpose

Supports multiple T&E processes for the U.S. business which for both GBM and all U.S. support functions. Ensures all activities conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

Oversee and perform audit of employee submitted T&Es within 2 business days of receipt.

Review submitted expenses for compliance to SB policies. These policies include but no limited to:

• Travel Expense
• Client Meals and Entertainment Policy
• Internal Meals and Event Policy
• GBM Expense Policy
• Daily Meal Allowance
• Education Reimbursement
• Commercial Card Policy

Ensure submitted expenses have adequate support:

• Itemized receipts
• Travel pre-approvals (where applicable)

Where necessary, obtain approvals for SVP exceptions.
