Overview

The Corporate Finance Associate will support corporate coverage across an industry vertical lending business. The role involves assessing credit risk, monitoring loan portfolios, and collaborating with senior portfolio managers to structure and manage financing solutions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and structured credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a commercial loan portfolio within a segment of an industry vertical.
• Perform due diligence and regularly scheduled evaluations of the assigned loan portfolio.
• Prepare detailed credit analyses and required credit applications in accordance with policy, evaluating corporate, regulatory, and industry risk, historical and projected operating performance, and capital structure.
