Review and participate in the development of environment-wide, policies and regulations. Participate in the review of external policies and plans to assess embedding environmental policy and regulatory considerations as needed.

• Participate in the development of environment-wide whole-of-government policies and regulations utilizing effective engagement with EAD sectors / divisions and external stakeholders.
• Participate in the review of relevant government policies, strategies, plans, regulations and initiatives in order to embed environmental policy and regulations considerations as needed.
