Job Summary

ZALORA is looking for an analytical and process-oriented person with an interest in the Operations and e‑commerce industry. In this role you will support analysis and lead core projects to drive operational improvements in the ZALORA fulfillment centers in South East Asia. This is a dynamic role in a fast‑paced and growing business where you will work closely with the Company’s Top Management and gain extensive regional and cross‑functional exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operation processes and large datasets to gather process insights and propose process improvement ideas, primarily focusing on operational processes.
• Implement tech‑supported improvements in the OMS system.
• Prepare structured business cases to evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Create flow charts, presentations, standard operating procedures, and supporting documentation for the implementation of improvement projects.
