Build the future with us. As an Analyst, Life Events (GSR), you will analyze complex member situations and apply legislation to ensure accurate and compliant benefit processing. Key Responsibilities

Analyze member accounts and legal documentation to determine beneficiary entitlements, pension divisions, and applicable tax and legislative requirements across Canada. Review and process complex life event cases (e.g., death, divorce, bankruptcy, unlocking requests, deaccumulation plans) in accordance with applicable legislation. Perform calculations related to pension divisions, settlements, and ongoing payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, compliance, legal) and communicate with members/clients to obtain required information and resolve complex cases.
