Job Title: Analyst IT Vendor Management

Job Summary: The VMO Coordinator – India supports the Vendor Management Office by coordinating supplier management activities, ensuring seamless contract renewals, supplier engagement, and onboarding processes. This role provides oversight of supplier scoring, event capture, and executive review preparation, while serving as a critical backup for other VMO Analysts. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad. Expect some weekly meetings to be in the US Central time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Renewal and SAM:

• Act as the liaison between Contract Renewal and Software Asset Management (SAM) teams.

• Maintain and track the renewal schedule across IT suppliers.

• Ensure timely escalations and proactive communication regarding renewals.
