Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, billing, and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on offline requests to the assigned Person-in-Charge for compilation.
- Issue offline quotations for users who are unable to obtain online quotations.
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk and email in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
