JOB SUMMARY

Support the Asset Management team in safeguarding and enhancing the performance of real estate assets across developed markets, providing hands‑on exposure to asset performance monitoring, benchmarking, value enhancement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and ESG integration, while building a strong foundation in institutional asset management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in monitoring asset‑level performance against market and fund‑level benchmarks.
• Support the preparation of periodic performance reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Analyse variances between actual performance and business plans, highlighting key drivers and risks.
• Support feasibility analysis for asset enhancement initiatives, including refurbishment, tenant mix optimisation, and operational improvements.
