**Overview**

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting FP&A processes in planning, forecasting, and analytics. This individual will be collaborating with business partners to find solutions for issues facing the company.

**Planning & Forecasting**

+ Support the development of the annual operating budget and long-term strategic growth plans relating to sales, margin, and expenses
+ Monitor actual financial performance, compared to budget & forecast and interpret variances during the month-end close by reconciling results and consulting with manager to provide responses to finance regarding variances
+ Build and maintain complex financial models using Excel & incorporate trends gathered from disparate sources
+ Partner with the Accounting department to process accruals in accordance with month-end close
