Qualifications
Must have relevant experience of 3-5 years as an SAP HCM/HR Consultant
Must have executed minimum 1 end-to-end implementations and good Support projects experience in SAP HCM/HR
Must have good Functional experience of OM, PA, TM, CATS, Concur, Mini Master IDOCs in SAP HR
Should have had experience in SAP integration knowledge with other applications like Replicon, Concur, SFDC, Smart Labor II, Workday, Concur, ETC.
Excellence in client handling with good communication skills both verbal and writing skills.
Work experience in SAP S4 HANA and Workday integration knowledge will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM problems/ failures and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner. Actively contribute in daily sprint meetings and update ADO in timely and accurate manner. Provide business application support to customers in line with agreed service levels
