Navigate ESM platform daily and ensure tickets are resolved before due.
Perform process transactions involving data entry/data capture according to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Create and maintain service maintenance contract information into databases in accordance with the agreement or related supporting documents sent by requestor.
Cross-check & verify contract information before inputting data on SAP.
Compliance to applicable regulations and security requirements.
Deliver and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, by processing transactions accurately and meeting agreed service levels (SLA).
Identify risks associated with execution of the assigned task within the business process and resolve, mitigate, or elevate as per defined SOP.
Issue reports or assist issuance of reports at planned interval to internal & external stakeholders.
