Support Cargolux Sales organization to identify commercial opportunities and risks emerging from the digital sales channels
Own and strengthen key relationships with key digital channel users and system providers
Manage all aspects of digital sales channel traffic monitoring, forecasting and reporting processes
Understands core Digital sales operations concepts (lead/opportunity conversion, pipeline development) and develops reporting and analytics in these areas for enhanced business insight
Develop understanding of customer behavior across channels and necessary developments
Analyze, identify and quantify opportunities to enhance digital distribution strategy
Develop communication plans by working with marketing department and revenue management
Contribute to other initiatives on ad-hoc basis
Support Digital Sales team to incrementally improve its product
