Assess credit applications and determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms.
Pull and interpret credit bureau reports (e.g., D'B, Experian, Equifax Business).
Risk Assessment: Identify financial, operational, and reputational risks associated with extending credit.
Monitor existing accounts for signs of deteriorating creditworthiness.
Recommend account holds, credit limit adjustments, or collection actions when warranted.
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed credit reviews and risk assessment reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of credit decisions, supporting documentation, and customer correspondence.
Produce periodic portfolio risk reports and aging analyses.
