**As our Analyst, Claims Administration,** you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences by being the first point of contact for customers and supporting them with timely claim resolution.

You’ll ensure smooth handling of customer claims by creating cases and complaints in CRM and ERP systems. Your work will strengthen customer confidence and loyalty through responsiveness and accuracy.

**You’ll collaborate with** the Customer Quality and Commercial teams and take ownership of key administrative processes that support claim handling and resolution, helping us move toward a more efficient and customer-focused future.
