Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall endorsement of trainees to operations
Able to create detailed and structured Training Pan
Prepares training materials and aids
Conducts highly effective training sessions may it be virtual or face to face
Evaluates post training sessions
Work with operations to identify training gaps and provide refreshers as deemed fit
