Ensure high level of forecasting accuracy of SSB machines
Support day to day BAU, timely communication with stakeholders on any discrepancies
Prepare and coordinate unit Performance reports
Perform data analytics on machine faults and identify actionable insights to improve machine uptime
Deep dive and query root causes and suggest solutions to resolve
Be able to automate manual processes and suggest process improvements for the department
