Job Responsibilities: Verify clients' outgoing payment instructions input by Marketing in Avaloq against clients' instructions received to ensure correctness. Ensure pre-processing checks such as Phone/Fax Indemnity, verification of client's signature, client's credit limits are in order before execution. Assist in the processing of securities OTT remittances. Processing and reconciliation of FX Spot/ Forward transactions using allocated systems. Preparing of MT199 messages for LOU and investigations related matters. Create internal transfer/outgoing payment orders in Avaloq for OTT charges claimed by our correspondents/receiving banks. Submit blocking/unblocking transactions requests. Escalate to Team Leader/TL Deputy for unresolved issues/long outstanding queries Assist in investigations, record retrieval and enquiries regarding payments.
