Job Location: Hershey, PA * ROLE OVERVIEW:* The Analyst Asset Management supports IS Business Office administrative activities that support Device as a Service (DaaS) Governance, IT Asset Management, IT Financial Compliance, and related KPIs. * ACCOUNTABILITIES:* · Performs on-time invoice submission and reconciliation with a focus on Telecom Expense Management and enterprise DaaS Subscription Management · Coordinates supplier quotation and submission of IS purchase order requests on behalf of the IT Tech Ops organization ensuring compliance to procurement and financial process and alignment to departmental forecasts. · Performs asset management activities such as software/hardware/services procurement, chargeback and enterprise Total Cost of Ownership reporting.
