About the Role
Lead a high‑performance team of analog designers responsible for
low‑power, low‑cost, high‑precision IP
(ADCs, DACs, LDOs, DC‑DCs, PLLs, op‑amps, comparators, references, clock generators) used in TI’s MSP‑based MCUs for
industrial and automotive markets . You will:
Own the
spec‑to‑RTM
delivery of differentiated analog IP.
Interface daily with
system/architecture, RTL, DV, DFT, PD, and test
groups to guarantee seamless integration with massive digital logic.
Define the
roadmap
by analyzing market/application trends, translating EE needs into IP plans, and balancing cost, power, and performance.
