Responsibilities
Support, installation and configuration of new IT equipment and reconfiguration of existing equipment.
Analyze and diagnose incidents to solve problems, sometimes jointly with vendors and other professionals.
Support installation and configuration of operating systems (MS‑Windows 7/8/10/11 and evolutions).
Support installation and configuration of native user tools (MS‑Office Professional, MS‑Outlook, browsers) or cloud tools (Office 365, Teams, OneDrive).
