Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and propose improvements to operational processes within the Integration Chicken Processing Unit, ensuring routine and data compliance.
• Request relevant purchases for the Integration Chicken Processing Unit via the specific system, ensuring compliance with budgetary and strategic guidelines.
• Validate operational data entered in the system (zoo‑technical data of lot batches and slaughter batches), ensuring consistency and correcting non‑conformities when necessary.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report cost and expense data for live chicken, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement and supporting management decision‑making.
• Monitor supplies inventory (medications, PPE, vaccines, and field materials), proposing adjustments to the purchase flow and distribution to optimize resources.
