Job Title: Investigation Specialist

Location: Glasgow or Northampton (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)

Contract: 6 months

Overall purpose of the role:

As a Investigation Specialist, you will lead on intelligence reviews, sign off investigations, and manage relationships across our highest-risk client portfolio. This role spans sensitive, high-risk sectors and requires you to investigate potential non-compliance, fraud, misconduct, and unethical behaviour. Ultimately, you will make key, evidence-based decisions that protect the bank’s reputation, support financial integrity, and ensure full regulatory and compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake investigations and make definitive risk decisions on complex Financial Crime cases.

Actively review evidence and conduct clear risk assessments of customers, acting as the decision-maker with personal authority to conclude cases.
