Key Responsibilities
Follow SOP and perform regular AMHS H/W preventive maintenance.
Work with vendor as automation on duty help desk for system abnormal recovery & trouble shooting.
Monitor daily system & tool performance and regular report update.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
Nitec, Higher Nitec, ITE, Poly in Mechanical/Electric Engineering fields or equivalent
Prefer to have AMHS experience or semiconductor manufacturing experience.
