**This role is for Lung Cancer Screening/Incidental Pulmonary Nodule Program. All care provided is telephonic and computer based with no in-person patient care. This role is on-site at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago Campus.

**Pay Range:** $37.50 - $62.21 per hour
