The Amazon Flex program uses independent drivers—called delivery partners—to deliver to our customers. Through the Amazon Flex app, drivers sign up for the program, schedule pickup times, are guided during routes with the navigation system, and more.

We are looking for an Operational Manager to help drive the expansion of Amazon Flex in Brazil, while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new releases and operational preparation, managing business metrics and driver experience, collaborating with stakeholders to improve program performance, and implementing processes and mechanisms to enhance the overall Amazon Flex experience.
