This role moves fast and you'll be managing multiple client accounts across different time zones (primarily the US), which means your working day won't always follow a predictable pattern.
What we're looking for is someone organised and structured enough to stay on top of a busy account portfolio, but adaptable enough to shift priorities without dropping the ball. You follow through on everything you say you'll do. You communicate clearly and confidently, whether that's writing a client update, flagging a problem internally, or asking the right questions on a strategy call.
You pick up new tools and platforms quickly, and you're already comfortable weaving AI into your daily workflow rather than avoiding it. Above all, you're someone who takes ownership. Not because you're told to, but because leaving things half-done isn't in your nature.
