Position Overview
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management modules - Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with organizational policies - Manage time management configurations including attendance and leave structures - Collaborate with HR and business teams for requirement gathering and solution implementation - Support HR operations including personnel administration and organizational management - Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and time-related system issues - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance - Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities - Improve HR process efficiency through SAP system optimization
