A&M Excellence Team is a global capability within PepsiCo, created to transform how Marketing investments (A&M) are planned, executed, and optimized across markets. Its origins trace back to the successful in-housing of the consulting services in 2023 to drive Becoming Better Investor (BBI) program, part of Power Positive Growth global agenda. The team’s mission is to drive transparency, benchmarking, and growth-focused investment, ensuring that A&M budgets are right-sized, strategically allocated, and aligned with competitive realities. It operates through a structured annual cycle - performance reviews, allocation modeling, AOP contracting -providing year-round support to markets and global stakeholders.
