Extract data from HR systems to deliver high quality reports and provide meaningful workforce insights for manpower dashboards and regular manpower reporting.
Develop and maintain HR metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators.
Collaborate with HR teams, internal and external stakeholders on manpower projections for future hospital needs.
Maintain accurate establishment data / budgeted FTE for budgeting, hiring and reporting purposes.
Check and validate manpower projections and manpower establishment.
Ensure accurate data management in HR systems and tracking files.
Provide professional advice on data analytics.
Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.
