Alumni Engagement and Board Lead
The Alumni Engagement and Board Lead supports and drives the day-to-day functioning of the IMD Alumni Association Board, working in close partnership with the Chair to translate strategic direction into sustained action. The role ensures continuity, follow-through, and coherence between board meetings, operating at the intersection of governance, alumni engagement, and institutional coordination.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
Board and Chair Support - Serve as the primary operational liaison between the Chair and Alumni and Development Team
- Draft agendas, manage meeting logistics, prepare board packs and finalise board minutes
- Manage board expense reimbursements and related record-keeping
Working Group and Volunteer Leadership Support - Schedule meetings, document discussions, and track actions to completion
