Position Overview
Job Description - Maintain and update alumni databases in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Support engagement initiatives, partnerships, and alumni programs
- Coordinate alumni events, meetings, workshops, and university activities
- Manage alumni communication channels and respond to inquiries
- Support development and updates of the alumni website and related systems
- Assist in preparing reports, surveys, and alumni statistics
- Coordinate with colleges and departments to support alumni-related initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support alumni affairs objectives
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
