FUNCTION

Reporting directly to the Livelihoods Supervisor and the Land Access Programs Manager, the main activities of the job include: to prepare new and update existing SOWs for contracting of implementation partners (IP) for the various agriculture livelihood programs committed under the resettlement plan; lead the coaching, upskilling and mentoring of the field officers, including implementation partners; to review and provide inputs to the implementation partners’ execution strategies, plans and procedures and monitor how successfully they are being executed; to assess agriculture livelihood implementation partners’ performance and how to implement their work scope and schedule most effectively; to be responsible of agricultural livelihood restoration programs, the tree nursery, ceding of replacement land, land preparation and issuance of security of tenure documents; identify ...
