Position Summary
The Alternate Contract Manager supports the Contract Manager in the oversight, coordination, and execution of ACS Consolidated Services and assumes full Contract Manager responsibilities in their absence. This individual ensures continuity of operations, compliance with contract requirements, and timely communication with the Government.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Contract Support & Continuity
- Serve as acting Contract Manager when the primary Contract Manager is unavailable
- Assist in oversight of daily ACS service operations and staffing coordination
- Support workload planning, scheduling adjustments, and service coverage requirements
Government & COR Coordination
- Communicate with the COR on operational matters and service issues
