Description: Must have certificate from NBSTSA and hold CSTAHA BLS required. Call requirement: Will take call at least two days of call each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule depending on the need. OT Days each week Start: 3 weeks after signed contract. Locals accepted: YES at reduced bill rate if under 100 miles to facility. Pending License accepted: No. RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs. Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
