As a Rehabilitation Assistant or Healthcare Assistant, you will work under the delegation of registered health professionals to deliver individualised care and therapy in clients homes. This role is pivotal in enabling patients to recover faster, improve their functional resilience, and seamlessly reintegrate into their primary care routines.
