Serves as the primary alliance manager for assigned partnerships, accountable for driving alliance performance, governance, and cross-functional execution.
Leads strategic and operational alignment across internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of collaboration objectives, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
Own end-to-end alliance management for 2–4 strategic partnerships, ensuring delivery against contractual, operational, and business objectives
Lead alliance governance, including Joint Steering Committees and cross-functional working groups (agenda-setting, decision-making, alignment on priorities and risks)
Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Legal, Finance, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC) to drive execution of alliance deliverables and resolve complex issues
